Assembly:
Will my furniture require much assembly?
Wherever possible, we ship your furniture fully assembled or sub-assembled. Sub-assembly means the item is being shipped with minimal assembly required, just enough to ensure safe & affordable shipping. |

Delivery:
If possible, a delivery schedule will be estimated by our representative at the time of sale. An exact delivery date will be confirmed by our warehouse. Delivery by our truck or common carrier will cost approximately eighty five (85) dollars if the delivery is within the local area.
All deliveries outside of the local area will cost approximately ten (10%) of the price of goods, while inside or difficult deliveries may cost more and are dependent upon the individual situation.
Difficult deliveries may include a large truck not being able to enter your street, a remote location or additional personnel required to carry furniture to an upstairs deck, remove door, window etc. Difficult deliveries may be refused. |

Teak Care:
Can I really leave my teak outside through rain, snow & sleet?
Absolutely. And there is no need for covers! Teak is the very best you can buy for outdoor use precisely because it is impervious to water damage, and will never rot. For more information on high quality teak and its amazing properties.
How do I care for my teak?
Teak requires no care at all to keep it servicing you well year after year. That said; if you prefer the colour of your teak, for aesthetic reasons, to maintain its rich golden brown hue, simply utilize a little teak sealant per year to restore its natural luster.
Otherwise, teak will age to a beautiful silvery patina gray, and such aging has no affect whatsoever on longevity. |
